At the plate, he hits from a balanced, square stance with high, relaxed hands, allowing him to stay under control and repeat his swing. Defensively, Connor consistently puts himself in the right position and plays the game with sound fundamentals.

On the mound, he works from the middle of the rubber with a drop-and-drive delivery. He shows good feel for his offspeed pitches and competes with confidence in the strike zone.
